class=\"has-inline-color\">Concrete and brickwork<\/mark> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excavation of the pit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scaffolding installation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pouring the foundation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Backfilling the inner part of the foundation (with sand).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draft sewer communications were laid before pouring the foundation &quot;pillow&quot;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The exterior walls and interior partitions are made of 2-story brick.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#003399\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Foundation insulation<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The foundation was treated twice with a special agent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extruded foam glued to foam adhesive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A special membrane is attached on top to drain moisture from the foundation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Backfilling with sand and limestone topsoil was done for good drainage near the base of the foundation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#003399\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Roof<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roof work (two three-pitched roofs, asymmetrically connected to each other):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Installation of floor beams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rafter installation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation of dormer windows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation of the finishing coating (sheet metal).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation of floor beams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation of solar panels for independence and energy efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The installation of metal-plastic window systems has also been completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
