Stages of building a house “Turnkey” (What we do):
- Research and Design: geodesy, geology of the site, development of a draft and working architectural design (AR, KB), as well as an interior design project with all engineering components.
- Earthworks and Foundation: site preparation, digging a pit, pouring a reliable foundation (strip, monolithic slab or pile - depending on the soil) with hydro- and thermal insulation.
- Erection of the box (walls and ceilings): laying walls made of ceramic blocks or aerated concrete, installing reinforcing belts, installing a reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling.
- Roof and Facade: installation of the rafter system, roof insulation (mineral wool), laying of metal tiles/ceramic tiles or rebate. Facade insulation and decorative finishing.
- Engineering networks: electrical wiring, boiler room installation (heat pumps, boilers), air recovery systems, well, septic tank, underfloor heating.
- Turnkey interior repairs: plastering, screed, drywall work, laying large-format tiles, painting, stretch ceilings.
- Landscaping: fences, paving paths, landscape design, facade lighting.
How we work? The stress-free path to your own home
The construction process can last from 6 to 12 months, but it will be as comfortable as possible for you:
- Consultation and site visit. We study your plot, discuss the concept of the house, and select the optimal technologies for your budget.
- Designing. We create a detailed model of your future home, taking into account all your wishes and DBN standards.
- Contract and Estimate. We approve the exact construction cost and financing schedule. The price is fixed.
- Construction with online control. We take care of all logistics, purchase of materials, rental of special equipment. You receive regular photo and video reports from the construction site.
- Interior decoration. We smoothly transition from rough drafts to creating the perfect interior according to the design project.
- Facility handover and cleaning. We remove appliances, garbage, do a general cleaning, and hand over the keys to you.
- "Comfortable Start" service. During the first month of your stay, our technicians will accompany you free of charge to set up all complex systems (heating, water filtration, smart home).
