The object is under construction. At this moment, the following works have already been completed:
Concrete and brickwork
- Excavation of the pit.
- Scaffolding installation.
- Pouring the foundation.
- Backfilling the inner part of the foundation (with sand).
- Draft sewer communications were laid before pouring the foundation "pillow".
- The exterior walls and interior partitions are made of 2-story brick.
Foundation insulation
- The foundation was treated twice with a special agent.
- Extruded foam glued to foam adhesive.
- A special membrane is attached on top to drain moisture from the foundation.
- Backfilling with sand and limestone topsoil was done for good drainage near the base of the foundation.
Roof
Roof work (two three-pitched roofs, asymmetrically connected to each other):
- Installation of floor beams.
- Rafter installation.
- Installation of dormer windows.
- Installation of the finishing coating (sheet metal).
- Installation of floor beams.
- Installation of solar panels for independence and energy efficiency.
The installation of metal-plastic window systems has also been completed.
